  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
